Does MGM use Okta? ›

Today, Okta helps the MGM Resorts team connect all those devices, and the applications that reside on them, to a single, cloud-based identity platform.

Account passwords can be reset via the web at the MGM Resorts sign-in page. Enter your account email and proceed to the next step, then select the forgot password link and follow the instructions.

To deactivate your loyalty program account, visit www.mgmresorts.com/dsar and provide your identifying information as requested. The financial incentives offered in connection with MGM Rewards are reasonably related to the value of a consumer's data including the commercial activities of such consumer.

Visit the M life Rewards desk to reset your PIN. Use of your new card indicates your agreement to the M life Rewards terms and conditions and the MGM Resorts International Privacy Policy (available at mlife.com) and confirms your agreement to becoming a member of M life Rewards.

Entering incorrect login details multiple times can lock your account. If this happens, BetMGM may lock your account temporarily to protect against unauthorized access. Wait a few minutes and try logging in again. If the problem persists, contact BetMGM customer support for assistance.

16. Members may earn Tier Credits during the applicable Tier Status Earning Year which annually begins January 1 and ends December 31 (unless otherwise indicated by MGM). On each January 1, all Tier Credit balances from the prior year reset to zero (0) and a new Tier Status Earning Year begins.

Do MGM points expire? ›

MGM Rewards points may be forfeited if your account has no activity for a period of six months unless you hold any elite status higher than Sapphire, in which case your points will never expire for as long as you hold that Pearl, Gold, Platinum or NOIR status.

The easy way to do this is to log in to your account online at Mlife.com and see what card is in the top right corner. It will not say Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum or Noir, but it will display the image for the proper card. The Tier progress bar will also show how many credits you need to reach the next tier.

Earning MGM Rewards Points

Members earn points and tier credits for purchases including entertainment, dining, and room stays at all MGM Rewards destinations, with 4 tier credits plus 1 MGM Rewards point per $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Redeeming Rewards

You can use your MGM Rewards points for Slot Dollars or toward rooms, dining and entertainment at MGM locations. Points are worth 1 cent each, so 10,000 points are worth $100. Because cardholders receive Pearl Status, your MGM Rewards points do not expire as long as your credit card remains active.

The threat actors believed to be behind last week's MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment cyberattacks now say they were able breach MGM's systems by somehow cracking into the company's Okta platform, specifically the Okta Agent, which is the lightweight client that connects to an organization's Active Directory.

MGM, like so many organizations, relies on multi-factor authentication to prevent hacks precisely like this one. A code was sent to the legitimate staff member.
