Foot is singular and feet is plural.
foot (one)
feet (more than one)
Though there are cases when two foot is used for example: two foot ladder, two foot scooter.

One foot, two feet, three feet is natural
'One foot, two foot' I've only heard in marching-style songs. It's just a saying.
