What produce is in Season (1)

What fresh produce is in season?

Today I wanted to give you a calendar of fruits and vegetables in season. This will help you know when to buy produce at it’s peak season which also happens to be at the lowest prices. This is a great way to save money. Plus, produce always tastes better in season.

For instance, you don’t want to buy Strawberries when they are $3 a pound when you know you can get them for only $.99 a pound when they are in season. This is the same for vegetables. In my family, we eat the produce that is in season because it is cheaper and it tastes better.

Save yourself the money by eating what is in season. As a result, your meals will taste even better. Furthermore, your grocery budget will benefit as well.
